Jakado is one of the saree manufacturers in India weaving jacquard sarees for wholesale buyers. This is how we grew from 2 machines in 2019 to 18 today.

2019
Two machines
Jakado started in 2019 with 2 machines, weaving jacquard sarees in Pipodara, Surat.
Along the way
The Corona period
The Corona period was a real struggle for us, and it is part of our story.
Today
18 machines, 1,000+ sarees a day
We now run 18 European-technology machines and weave 1,000+ sarees a day for wholesale buyers.

In five years we want saree shops to sell under the Jakado name. It is a partner programme, not a franchise: a partner shop uses its own GST registration, and Jakado sells to the partner directly.
